IntignAI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IntignAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you do not agree with any part you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IntignAI provides an AI operations & orchestration platform for multi‑provider model usage, workflow execution, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), secure key management, organizational collaboration, billing, role‑based access control, and auditability. Core capabilities include:

Unified access to multiple AI model & embedding providers
Encrypted provider key & configuration management
RAG document ingestion, versioning, vector indexing & caching
Workflow & tool execution engine
Usage metering, subscription plan & Stripe billing integration
Organization / member / role hierarchy with RBAC enforcement
Comprehensive audit logging & health/diagnostic endpoints

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described in the pricing plans
Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
Authorize recurring charges to your payment method
Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Subscription fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. Pricing or plan changes may occur with at least 30 days' notice.

Misuse or probe infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access
Upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security controls

Abuse rate limits or perform excessive automated requests
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Infringe the privacy or intellectual property rights of others

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant IntignAI a limited, worldwide, non‑exclusive, revocable, royalty‑free license to process and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Use of the Service is governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, retained, and disclosed. By using the Service you consent to those practices.

No assurance the Service or infrastructure is free of malware
No guarantee of accuracy or reliability of outputs or model responses

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IntignAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntignAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims or demands arising out of your (a) use of the Service; (b) violation of these Terms; or (c) violation of any law or third‑party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any material breach or security risk. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases; provisions intended to survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the primary operating jurisdiction of IntignAI, excluding conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes lies exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via dashboard notice or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
